Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the TRX50 platform cap the Samsung 990 PRO drives at in practice?

The TRX50 AERO D motherboard wires both M.2 slots to PCIe 4.0 x4, so each 990 PRO tops out at its rated 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write.

What physical space does the 360 mm liquid cooler need inside the Corsair 5000D FRAME case?

The case accepts a 360 mm radiator up top, and the AIO fits there with the included 120 mm front and rear fans already installed.

How is the 512 GB DDR5 ECC memory installed on the TRX50 AERO D, and what step is often missed?

Populate all eight DIMM slots with the matched ECC modules; the step people miss is enabling ECC in the BIOS before the first boot.
