Purpose-built workstation

This desktop workstation pairs a 32-core AMD Threadripper 9970X processor with 256GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPU carrying 96GB of video memory. It targets engineers, researchers and content creators who need large-scale parallel compute and certified driver stability for simulation, rendering or AI workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed.

Storage and cooling impact

A 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive provides up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds for active project files, while a 10TB SATA HDD with 256MB cache holds bulk archives. A 360mm quiet-edition liquid cooler keeps the CPU at sustained clocks without excessive noise. The Seasonic 1600W 80+ Titanium PSU supplies clean power for the full configuration.

Installation notes

The Corsair 7000D Airflow full-tower case arrives assembled with front and rear 140mm fans already mounted. Motherboard I/O includes two LAN ports, multiple USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 Type-C connections, plus internal headers for additional USB and SATA devices. Six internal 2.5/3.5-inch combo bays remain free for future storage expansion. Heavy weight and liquid-cooling plumbing require careful handling during unboxing and placement.

Questions about this item

How often should the liquid in the 360mm AIO cooler be checked or replaced?

The 360mm Quiet Edition AIO is a sealed unit; no routine fluid replacement is required, only occasional dust cleaning of the radiator and fans.

Which component hits its thermal or power ceiling first during continuous all-core workloads?

The 32-core Threadripper 9970X at up to 5.4 GHz and the RTX PRO 6000 96GB GPU share the 1600W 80+ Titanium PSU; sustained loads will be limited by the cooler and case airflow before the power supply reaches its rating.

What are the typical noise and heat levels when the system runs 24/7?

The 360mm AIO, 140mm PSU fan, and three 140mm case fans are all specified as quiet or ultra-quiet, keeping acoustic output low while the Corsair 7000D Airflow chassis exhausts heat from the 32-core CPU and 96GB GPU during round-the-clock operation.
