32-Core Threadripper Workstation for Professional

This liquid-cooled desktop pairs a 32-core AMD Threadripper 9970X processor with 512GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX 5080 graphics card. It targets engineers, researchers and content creators who need high core counts, large memory capacity and GPU acceleration in a single Windows 11 Pro system.

Verify sTR5 Motherboard Clearance and Power Delivery

The workstation uses a Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D motherboard in a Corsair 5000D Frame case measuring 520 x 245 x 520 mm. Confirm your workspace accommodates these dimensions and that the 1200W 80 PLUS Gold power supply meets local electrical-circuit requirements before ordering.

Dual NVMe PRO SSDs and High-Capacity HDD Expand

A 2TB and a 4TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drive deliver up to 7450 MB/s read and 6900 MB/s write speeds for active projects, while a 10TB SATA III hard drive with 256MB cache provides bulk archival space. The motherboard offers four additional M.2 connectors and eight SATA 6Gb/s ports for future expansion.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the Corsair 5000D Frame case and what must I add myself?

The workstation ships fully assembled with a Threadripper 9970X, 512 GB DDR5 ECC memory, 2 TB and 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives, a 10 TB SATA hard drive, an RTX 5080 16 GB graphics card, a 360 mm liquid cooler, a 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold PSU and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. No extra parts are required for operation.

Which storage combination suits a large-dataset workflow — the 2 TB plus 4 TB NVMe pair or the 10 TB SATA drive?

Use the 2 TB and 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives (up to 7 450 MB/s read, 6 900 MB/s write) for active project files and the 10 TB SATA drive (256 MB cache) for bulk archives and backups.

How does the Threadripper 9970X 32-core 4.0 GHz base clock behave under sustained all-core loads in this chassis?

The 360 mm Quiet Edition liquid cooler keeps the 32-core 64-thread CPU near its 5.4 GHz boost during prolonged renders, while the Corsair 5000D airflow and 1200 W Gold PSU maintain stable power delivery.
