Target workloads

This liquid-cooled desktop workstation is built around a 64-core AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9980X processor and 512GB of DDR5 ECC memory. It targets professionals who run large-scale simulations, rendering pipelines or AI model training that demand high core counts and error-correcting memory. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and includes dual LAN ports for network connectivity. Buyers who need a compact form factor or a lower core count for lighter tasks should look elsewhere.

Memory capacity

The installed 512GB DDR5 ECC memory kit is the specification that determines whether this workstation fits a workload. That capacity supports very large in-memory datasets and heavy multi-threaded applications without paging. The motherboard provides four M.2 connectors and eight SATA 6Gb/s ports for additional storage expansion. The CPU operates at a base frequency of 3.2GHz with a maximum boost up to 5.4GHz and 256MB of L3 cache.

Bundled storage and graphics

Three Samsung 990 PRO NVMe SSDs totalling 10TB deliver sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s for fast project loading and scratch space. A 10TB SATA III hard drive adds high-capacity bulk storage for archives. The Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 graphics card with 48GB of memory accelerates professional visualisation and compute workloads. A 1600W 80+ Titanium power supply and a 360mm liquid cooler support sustained operation.
