Adamant Custom Threadripper PRO 9965WX 24-Core 256GB DDR5 6TB NVMe 10TB HDD RTX A400 Workstation

Built for compute-heavy workflows

This workstation pairs a 24-core Threadripper PRO 9965WX running up to 5.3 GHz with 256 GB of DDR5 ECC memory. The platform targets professionals who need sustained multi-thread throughput for rendering, simulation or large-scale data analysis. The sTR5 socket and TRX50 chipset provide the lane count those workloads demand. Buyers who need more than 24 cores or a dual-socket layout will need a different class of machine.

Storage capacity and headroom

Two Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives deliver 6 TB of combined PCIe 4.0 capacity with sequential reads up to 7450 MB/s and writes up to 6900 MB/s. A 10 TB SATA HDD adds deep bulk storage for archives and media libraries. The NVMe pool handles active project files and scratch space; the mechanical drive absorbs long-term retention. Workloads that exceed 6 TB of hot NVMe space will require external or network-attached expansion.

Integration into a build

The Corsair 5000D Frame case measures 520 mm deep, 245 mm wide and 520 mm high with a 360 mm liquid cooler, front 120 mm intake and rear 120 mm exhaust. A 1200 W 80 Plus Gold PSU powers the CPU, RTX A400 4 GB GPU and all drives. The motherboard rear I/O includes two USB4 Type-C ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 2, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 and dual LAN. Builders needing more than four Mini-DisplayPort outputs or a larger GPU form factor must verify clearance and power headroom.
