24-Core Threadripper Workstation

This workstation pairs a 24-core AMD Threadripper PRO 9965WX with 64 GB of DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX PRO 4000 24 GB GPU. It targets professionals who need high multi-threaded compute and certified graphics drivers for simulation, rendering or AI workloads.

Check sTR5 motherboard and 1200 W PSU clearance

The system uses a Gigabyte TRX50 AERO D board in a Corsair 5000D frame that measures 520 mm deep, 245 mm wide and 520 mm high. Verify your rack or desk space accommodates those dimensions and that the 1200 W 80 Plus Gold unit has the required CPU and GPU power connectors.

360 mm liquid CPU cooler and 140 mm PSU fan

A 360 mm quiet-edition AIO handles the 24-core processor while a 140 mm fan cools the power supply. The case includes front and rear 120 mm fans for chassis airflow. Under normal loads the liquid loop and large-diameter fans keep noise low.

Questions about this item

Does the workstation ship with a keyboard and mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The box contains the tower, power cord and documentation only; keyboard, mouse and display are not included.

Should I choose the 2 TB NVMe plus two 4 TB NVMe drives or a single larger SSD for the operating system and active projects?

The three Samsung 990 PRO drives (2 TB + 4 TB + 4 TB) are already installed, giving a fast boot volume and two large project volumes without extra parts.

What does the 4.2 GHz base clock on the Threadripper PRO 9965WX mean for sustained compile or render workloads?

All 24 cores run at 4.2 GHz base and can boost to 5.3 GHz, so multi-threaded tasks hold high frequency across the 128 MB L3 cache.
