32-Core Threadripper Workstation

The Adamant Custom workstation pairs a 32-core AMD Threadripper PRO 9975WX running at 4.0 GHz with 512 GB of DDR5 ECC memory. A 360 mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU stable during long compute sessions. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and includes a 48 GB Nvidia RTX PRO 5000 Blackwell GPU for accelerated visualisation and AI workloads.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Two Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes, feeding data to all 64 threads without throttling. The 1600 W 80+ Titanium power supply maintains clean delivery under continuous multi-core utilisation. Dual LAN ports and extensive rear I/O with USB4 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 keep peripheral bandwidth high during extended render or simulation runs.

Upgrade Context

This configuration replaces older workstations limited to lower core counts, smaller ECC memory capacities or single-GPU setups. The jump is worthwhile when workloads demand 512 GB DDR5 ECC, 6 TB of high-speed NVMe storage plus 10 TB HDD capacity, and a 48 GB professional GPU in a single chassis. Buyers needing only consumer-grade memory or fewer than 32 cores will not utilise the platform fully.

Questions about this item

How loud is the 360mm liquid cooler and 140mm PSU fan during sustained loads?

The 360mm Quiet Edition AIO and Seasonic 1600W Titanium PSU with its 140mm fan are both designed for low-noise operation under heavy workstation workloads.

What display connectors does the RTX PRO 5000 48GB need that my monitors must provide?

The RTX PRO 5000 48GB uses standard DisplayPort and USB-C video outputs, so monitors with those inputs will work without adapters.

Can the TRX50 motherboard still use my older SATA SSDs and 3.5-inch hard drives?

Yes, the board provides eight SATA 6Gb/s ports and the Corsair 5000D case includes two 3.5-inch and four 2.5-inch internal bays for legacy drives.
