Liquid-cooled 24-core workstation

This new Adamant Custom tower pairs an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9960X with 64 GB of DDR5 ECC memory and a 360 mm liquid cooler. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro and dual LAN ports for network redundancy.

Suited for multi-threaded production

Content creators and engineers who need 24 cores and 48 threads for rendering, simulation or large dataset work will benefit. Buyers who only need single-thread speed or a smaller memory footprint should consider a less specialised platform.

Sustained load behaviour

The 360 mm liquid cooler and 1200 W 80 PLUS Gold power supply are sized to keep the 24-core CPU at high frequencies during long compiles or overnight renders. Dual Samsung 990 PRO NVMe drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes without throttling.

Questions about this item

Does the motherboard include the sTR5 socket required for the Threadripper 9960X?

Yes, the GIGABYTE TRX50 AERO D motherboard uses the sTR5 socket that matches the Threadripper 9960X processor.

Can the 10 TB SATA III hard drive be used together with the two NVMe SSDs without extra controllers?

The motherboard provides eight SATA 6Gb/s ports, so the 10 TB SATA III drive connects directly alongside the two NVMe SSDs.

How can I confirm the liquid cooler is running after first boot?

The 360 mm AIO cooler has a 140 mm fan; listen for its low noise and check CPU temperatures in Windows 11 Pro.
