Threadripper 9980X 64-Core Workstation

This Adamant Custom tower pairs a 64-core AMD Threadripper 9980X processor with 128GB DDR5 ECC memory and an Nvidia RTX 5090 32GB graphics card. A 360mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU under control while a 1600W 80+ Titanium power supply feeds every component. Windows 11 Pro ships pre-installed.

Suits compute-heavy professionals.

Engineers, researchers and content creators who need 64 cores, ECC memory and high-end GPU acceleration will benefit from this configuration. Buyers who only run office apps, web browsers or light creative tools will not use the available horsepower. The system also lacks Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity from the listed specifications.

6TB NVMe plus 10TB HDD; GPU memory fixed at 32GB

The dual Samsung 990 PRO drives deliver up to 7450 MB/s reads and 6900 MB/s writes for active projects, while the 10TB SATA drive provides bulk storage. The RTX 5090’s 32GB frame buffer caps GPU-resident models and textures; larger datasets must stream from system memory or storage.

Questions about this item

Does the 1600W Seasonic PRIME TX-1600 PSU need an extra power cable for the RTX 5090 32GB GPU?

The 1600W 80+ Titanium PSU is factory-fitted and pre-wired for the RTX 5090 32GB; no additional cables are required.

Can I keep my existing SATA III 3.5-inch drives alongside the installed 10TB HDD?

The motherboard provides 8 SATA 6Gb/s ports and the case has two 3.5-inch bays, so additional SATA drives install directly.

How do I confirm the 360mm liquid cooler is keeping the Threadripper 9980X at its 3.2GHz base clock under load?

Monitor CPU frequency in Task Manager or HWMonitor while rendering; sustained 3.2GHz or higher indicates the cooler is performing correctly.
