Gaming Mouse for Veterans and Novices

The XPG Primer RGB is a gaming mouse built for both experienced players who prefer a straightforward device and newcomers aiming to improve their performance. It uses an optical sensor with up to 12000 DPI for responsive tracking. Omron switches rated for 20 million clicks provide durable actuation. The design focuses on comfort, accuracy, durability and visual flair.

Capacity and Headroom in Use

The 12000 DPI sensor handles high-sensitivity gaming and fast cursor movements across large displays. The 20 million click rating supports extended competitive sessions without switch fatigue. XPG Prime software allows key reassignment and macro programming for complex commands. The 98g weight keeps the mouse agile for rapid flicks and precise tracking.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

The double-shot PBT shell resists wear and fading while maintaining a non-slippery surface during long use. Textured side grips with anti-slip properties ensure secure traction when hands get warm. An ultra-light elastic braided cable reduces drag and stiffness compared to traditional cables. No active cooling or fan noise is present in this wired mouse design.

Questions about this item

Will the XPG Primer RGB work alongside my older PC that only has USB 2.0 ports?

The mouse connects via a standard USB cable, so it will function on any USB 2.0 or newer port without losing core tracking or button features.

How can I confirm the 12000 DPI optical sensor is tracking correctly after I plug it in?

Move the pointer across the screen; it should respond instantly without jitter. Open the XPG PRIME software to view the live DPI setting and adjust it to match the on-screen sensitivity.

What accessories are included with the XPG Primer RGB, and do I need to buy extra feet or grips?

The box contains the mouse with pre-installed PTFE feet and textured side grips, plus the ultra-light braided cable attached. No extra feet or grips are required for normal use.
