This AddOn SFP+ transceiver delivers 10GBase-SR connectivity for Nutanix network environments. It operates over multi-mode fiber at an 850nm wavelength using an LC connector. The module is hot-swappable and programmed for 100% compatibility with the equivalent Nutanix part. It includes Digital Optical Monitoring for real-time parameter access.

300-metre reach over multi-mode fiber

The transceiver supports link distances up to 300 metres on multi-mode fiber, suitable for short-range data centre interconnects. Beyond that distance, signal attenuation requires a different optical solution. It provides 10 Gigabit Ethernet throughput within this range.
