Dell Compatible 10G SFP+ Module

This AddOn SFP+ transceiver delivers 10GBase-SR connectivity for Dell networking equipment. It operates at 850nm over multi-mode fiber with an LC connector and supports link distances up to 300m. The module is hot-swappable and programmed for 100 percent compatibility with the equivalent Dell transceiver. Digital optical monitoring provides access to real-time operating parameters.

Replaces Costly OEM Transceivers

This unit serves as a direct replacement for the original Dell SFP-10G-SR module at a lower acquisition cost. The jump is worthwhile when expanding 10GbE links across racks or campuses where multi-mode fiber already exists. It is not suited for single-mode fiber runs or distances beyond 300m. Buyers needing longer reach or different wavelengths must select an alternative module.

Sustained Operation With DOM Visibility

Under continuous load the transceiver maintains stable 10G throughput while digital optical monitoring reports real-time temperature, voltage and optical power levels. This telemetry helps administrators detect degradation before a link fails. The module is TAA compliant for government procurement requirements. It is not designed for environments that exceed standard operating temperature ranges without additional cooling.
