Purpose-built surveillance

The Adesso Cyberview 200B is a 2 MP outdoor bullet camera designed for fixed-lens IP monitoring. It delivers 1920*1080 resolution at 30 or 25 fps and also supports 1280*720 at the same frame rates. ONVIF conformance allows integration with compatible recorders and management platforms. The camera suits installers who need a single weather-rated unit for perimeter coverage.

Environmental resilience

An IP67-rated enclosure protects the 1/2.7" CMOS sensor and IR illuminator from dust and water ingress. Power is supplied via 12 V DC or PoE, simplifying cabling for outdoor runs. Smart IR automatically adjusts illumination up to 30 m (98 ft) to prevent overexposure at close range. True WDR rated at 120 dB preserves detail in scenes that mix bright sunlight with deep shadow.

Sustained operation

Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 and MJPEG compression options keep bandwidth and storage demands manageable during continuous recording. Corridor Mode rotates the image 9:16 for narrow vertical areas such as hallways or alleyways. The fixed lens maintains a constant field of view without mechanical adjustment. The camera is not intended for applications requiring motorised zoom, pan-tilt movement or focal-length flexibility.

Questions about this item

How do I mount and power the Adesso Cyberview 200B, and what step is often missed?

Mount the IP67-rated bullet housing on a wall or ceiling, then connect a single Ethernet cable to a PoE injector or switch for both 12 V power and data; the step installers skip is verifying the link light before sealing the gland.

What maintenance or replacement will this camera need over time?

Clean the IR window and lens cover periodically to keep the 30 m night range clear; the fixed lens and sealed IP67 body have no user-serviceable parts, so only the PoE injector or NVR may need replacement later.

What limit appears first during continuous recording?

The 2 MP sensor caps at 1920×1080 at 30 fps using H.265, H.264 or MJPEG, so storage bandwidth and NVR throughput become the bottleneck before the camera itself.
