International voltage converter kit

This 1650W converter changes 220V mains power to 110V so that North American appliances can be used abroad. It is intended for travellers and professionals who need to run US-voltage devices in countries with higher supply voltages. The unit accepts both North American three-prong and European plugs in its shock-proof socket.

Included world adapter set and spare fuses

The bundled world travel plug adapter set provides physical compatibility with outlet types found in many countries. An LED indicator shows when the converter is receiving power, and two extra fuses are supplied so a blown fuse can be replaced without interrupting a trip.

Handles devices up to 1650W

The converter comfortably powers laptops, cameras, audio gear and similar electronics within its 1650W rating. It is not suitable for appliances that draw more than 1650W or for equipment that requires a pure sine-wave output. Users with higher-wattage heating devices or motor-driven tools will need a larger unit.

Questions about this item

How often should I replace the two spare fuses included in the kit?

Replace a fuse only after it blows from an overload; the two spares let you restore protection immediately without sourcing a new part.

At what load does the 1650W limit become the bottleneck during continuous operation?

The converter is rated for 1650W; sustained draws above that level will trip the internal fuse and cut power.

How much heat and fan noise should I expect when the unit runs all day at high load?

The converter uses passive cooling with no fan, so it runs silently; the case will become warm during extended high-wattage use.
