Adorama Socket with Light Stand Adapter and 20" Flex Rod

SKU CH-F2QC-HVYS4

A socket with 20" flex rod, light-stand adapter, umbrella mount, on/off switch and 10' power cable for flexible studio lighting

  • 20" flex rod positions lights precisely where needed
  • Umbrella screw hole with tightening screw secures softboxes firmly
  • Built-in on/off switch controls power without unplugging
  • 10' power cable reaches distant outlets safely
  • 5/8" stud mount fits most light stands and clamps

Versatile Socket with 20" Flex Rod

The Adorama socket kit includes a 20-inch flex rod and a light-stand adapter for flexible positioning. A built-in on/off switch and 10-foot power cord with a standard wall plug provide convenient control and power. An umbrella screw hole with a tightening screw allows secure attachment of a diffuser. The assembly fits any 5/8-inch stud for broad mounting options.

Photographers Needing Adjustable Light Positioning

This kit suits photographers and videographers who want to mount a light source on a stand and direct it precisely with a flexible arm. The umbrella hole supports soft-light modifiers for portrait or product work. Buyers who need a rigid boom arm or a longer reach than the 20-inch rod provides should look at alternative mounting hardware.

20" Flex Rod and 10' Power Cord

The 20-inch flex rod determines how far the socket can be angled from the stand, while the 10-foot power cord sets the maximum distance to a wall outlet. Both lengths are fixed and cannot be extended with this kit. Verify that these dimensions match your studio layout before purchasing.

Which version should I choose for a 5/8 inch stud?

This single model fits any 5/8 inch stud directly, so no other version or capacity is needed.
