Direct replacement for Sony KDF-46E3000

This Advanced Lamps module is a new aftermarket lamp and housing built specifically for the Sony KDF-46E3000 rear-projection television. It arrives as a complete assembly so the user does not need to handle a bare bulb. The unit weighs .9900 and is ready to install on arrival.

Swaps out a dim or failed original lamp

The part replaces the factory lamp when brightness drops or the TV shuts down due to lamp-end warnings. A jump to this module is worth it when the picture has grown noticeably darker or the replacement indicator stays lit. The 90 day warranty covers early failures on the new unit.

Tool-free housing swap in minutes

Installation consists of opening the lamp door, releasing the old housing and sliding the new assembly into place until it seats. No special tools are required and no alignment of a bare bulb is involved. The most common issue is forgetting to reset the lamp timer in the service menu after the swap.
