What this lamp replaces

This Advanced Lamps PRM35C-LAMP-A module is a new aftermarket lamp-and-housing assembly built for the Sanyo PRM35C projector, also listed under the Promethean PRM35C model. It arrives as a complete unit so the projector can be restored to service without separate bulb handling.

How it fits a projector

The housing mates directly with the PRM35C optical engine, requiring no additional brackets or adapters. Installing the module restores brightness and colour uniformity, freeing the user from the dimming and colour shift that develop as the original lamp ages.

When the swap makes sense

Replace the lamp when the projector shows reduced lumen output, colour fading or a lamp-warning indicator. The 90-day warranty covers early-life failures, making the change worthwhile once image quality drops below usable levels for presentations or classroom use.
