Purpose and Audience

The Advantus 75404 Deluxe Safety Lanyard is a J-hook style neck cord designed to hold identification badges without attaching them to clothing. It is intended for students, staff or visitors who need credentials visible at all times in schools, offices or event venues. Each box contains 24 black lanyards for group distribution.

Build Integration

The 36" nylon strap sits comfortably around the neck and the metal J-hook secures a badge so it stays in view without pins or clips that damage fabric. A breakaway connector releases automatically if the cord is snagged or pulled, removing the strangulation hazard that fixed lanyards create. No additional hardware is required to deploy them.

Sustained Use

The breakaway mechanism is designed to function repeatedly, releasing under tension and snapping back together for the next wear. Nylon construction resists fraying from daily donning and doffing while the metal hook withstands frequent badge changes. The safety feature remains active for the life of the lanyard rather than failing after a single incident.
