Ideal for conferences, trade shows or office identification.

Suits organisers needing quick magnetic badges

Event planners and reception staff who want reusable name badges without pins or clips will find this pack convenient. Buyers who need vertical orientation, larger badge dimensions or adhesive backing should look at alternative products. The magnetic design also avoids holes in delicate fabrics.

Deciding spec: 20 magnetic holders per pack

The quantity of 20 complete badge kits determines whether this pack covers your attendee list or requires multiple boxes. Each kit includes a clear holder, printable insert and magnetic fastener ready for immediate assembly.

Questions about this item

Will the clear 4.5" x 3.25" holders need replacing if they get scratched?

The clear holders are made of rigid plastic; surface scratches from daily wear do not affect the magnetic closure, so replacement is only needed if the holder cracks.

What limits how many badges I can print in one session with the 20-pack sheets?

Each pack contains 20 pre-perforated insert sheets sized 4.13" x 3", so the sheet count is the practical limit per print run.

Do the magnetic backs heat up or lose strength when worn all day?

The magnetic backs contain no electronics or batteries, so they generate no heat and their holding force stays constant throughout extended wear.
