Adventure Labs ENGERWALL S5-5 activity tracker, IP68, White

What the tracker does and who uses it

The Adventure Labs ENGERWALL S5-5 activity tracker records steps, distance, calories and exercise time across 16 sport modes. It also measures heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure and body temperature, then analyses sleep stages through the Runmefit app. The IP68 rating allows hand washing and swimming without removal. The slim 0.96-inch ABS band weighs 1.8 grams and fits men, women and older users.

Battery life under daily tracking

A lithium-polymer cell delivers up to 5 days of continuous monitoring with heart-rate, blood-oxygen and sleep features active. The supplier notes 5-7 days in typical mixed use and a full charge in roughly 2 hours. Connected GPS and frequent message vibration will reduce the span toward the lower end of the range.

Thermals, noise and power draw in normal use

The tracker has no fan or moving parts, so it runs silently and produces no noticeable heat on the wrist. Power consumption is limited to the low-current Bluetooth link and the 0.96-inch display. The IP68 seal prevents moisture ingress during showers or pool sessions, though prolonged soaking or hot baths are not advised.
