1.8-inch touchscreen activity tracker
The Adventure Labs Fitpolo IDW19H is a wrist-worn activity tracker with a 1.8-inch TFT-LCD full touchscreen and IP68 water resistance. It records steps, distance, calories, heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep stages. The device pairs with smartphones running Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 using the free VeryFit app. It is intended for adults who want a single device for daily activity and basic health insights.
Bluetooth calling and app-driven features
When paired with a nearby phone the tracker lets you answer calls, reject them or adjust volume from the wrist. The VeryFit app pushes calendar, SMS and social-media alerts from Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Skype and Snapchat. You can also control music playback, choose from dozens of watch faces and view GPS route maps recorded through the phone connection. Over 100 sport modes are selectable in the app for dedicated workout logging.
Casual fitness users, not dive or medical users
This tracker suits people who want call handling, notification mirroring and automatic 24/7 heart-rate plus SpO2 tracking without charging every night — the 300 mAh cell delivers up to 10 days of typical use or 35 days on standby. It is not rated for sea-water immersion, so swimmers who train in the ocean should look elsewhere. Buyers who need clinical-grade ECG, blood-pressure cuffs or standalone GPS without a phone will not find those functions here.

Questions about this item
What maintenance or replacement will the 300 mAh lithium-polymer battery need after extended use?
The built-in 300 mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 840 hours of normal use and 35 days standby; when capacity fades it must be replaced by a qualified technician as it is not user-replaceable.
Which limit appears first during continuous all-day activity tracking with heart-rate monitoring enabled?
Continuous 24-hour heart-rate monitoring and GPS route recording draw the most power, so battery endurance reaches its limit before thermal or memory constraints appear.
How much noise, heat or power draw should I expect when the tracker runs 24/7 with Bluetooth calls and SpO2 tracking active?
The device has no fan or moving parts so it is silent; normal operation stays cool on the wrist, and the 300 mAh cell sustains roughly 10 days of typical mixed use before recharge.
