Discreet GPS tracker for kids
The Adventure Labs Utag GPS Tracker 2-Pack works with Apple Find My on iOS devices without monthly fees. Each tracker attaches to clothing or bags using a secure fastener that only the included magnetic unlocker can remove. The design stays hidden so children with sensory sensitivities can wear it comfortably. Up to six people can share location access through the Find My app.
Upgrade from basic Bluetooth tags
Bluetooth-only trackers lose connection beyond short range and cannot report location when out of sight. This device adds Wi-Fi and cellular-assisted positioning via the Find My network, so location updates continue wherever Apple devices are present. The jump is worth it when you need updates every 15 minutes across neighbourhoods, schools or parks instead of only within Bluetooth range.
Capacity for family-scale tracking
A single iPhone or iPad can pair with up to 32 trackers, covering multiple children, pets or adults. Each unit weighs .068 kilograms and measures 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D, with a rechargeable battery rated for one year of use. In remote areas with few nearby Apple devices, update frequency drops and accuracy decreases, so the system works best in everyday populated environments.

Questions about this item
How much space do the two trackers and their magnetic unlocker occupy in a bag or pocket?
The supplied package measures 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D and weighs .068 kg, so it fits easily in a backpack compartment or jacket pocket.
What is the correct way to pair each tracker with the Find My app, and what step do users often miss?
Bring the tracker near an iPhone or iPad running the latest iOS, iPadOS or macOS, tap the on-screen prompt, and repeat for the second unit; the step people skip is updating the operating system before starting.
When will the internal lithium-ion cell need attention, and what does that involve?
Battery life is rated for 1 years; after that period the sealed unit must be replaced because the battery is not user-replaceable.
