RJ9 binaural headset for desk phones

This corded headset plugs straight into any headset-ready telephone via its RJ9 crystal connector. It is built for call-centre agents, receptionists and office staff who need hands-free conversation while typing or taking notes. The lightweight, adjustable frame is designed for all-day wear without fatigue.

150 Ω receiver impedance matches telephone headset

The 150 ohm speaker impedance is the critical specification that ensures correct audio levels and voice quality on standard desk-phone ports. A mismatched impedance would cause low volume or distortion, so this value confirms the headset will work as intended with compatible telephones.

Noise-cancelling electret condenser microphone

The built-in ECM microphone operates at 2.0 V with a sensitivity of 40 dB ±3 dB and active noise cancellation that suppresses background sound. This lets the caller hear the agent clearly even in busy open-plan offices, reducing repeat requests and call-handling time.

Questions about this item

How does the 150 ohm speaker impedance affect call quality on a desk telephone?

The 150 ohm receiver impedance matches typical desk telephone headset ports, delivering clear voice audio without distortion when plugged directly into a compatible handset jack.

What does the RJ9 connector limit in daily use?

The RJ9 modular plug connects only to headset-ready desk telephones, so the headset cannot be used with PCs, mobile phones or other devices that lack this specific jack.

What physical space does the adjustable headband need to fit comfortably?

The stretchable headband clip expands to suit most head sizes, while the binaural ear cups sit over both ears for stable, hands-free wear during long shifts.
