Modular Headband for TMA-2

The AIAIAI H04 is a replacement headband built for the TMA-2 modular headphone system. It uses microfiber padding to reduce pressure during long listening sessions. The black finish matches the standard TMA-2 aesthetic. Owners of compatible TMA-2 units can swap this part in to refresh comfort or change the look.

Tool-Free Swap in Seconds

The headband clicks into the TMA-2 frame without tools or screws. Alignment tabs guide the connection so it seats correctly on the first try. A common issue is forgetting to fully engage both side locks, which leaves the band loose. Press firmly until each side clicks audibly to avoid that problem.

Comfort Padding for Extended Use

The microfiber cushion distributes weight across the crown for multi-hour sessions without hot spots. It handles daily studio or commute wear comfortably. The single-layer pad has no internal reinforcement, so very heavy speaker units may cause the band to flex more than the original design.
