Replacement ear pads for Sennheiser headphones

These velour ear pads replace worn cushions on Sennheiser HD598, HD598SE, HD598CS, HD595, HD599 and HD599 SE models. They use memory foam covered in velour for a soft feel. The pads give the headset a fresh look and restore comfort for long listening sessions. They also fit HD515, HD518 and HD555 models.

Fits directly onto compatible ear cups

The pads install onto the existing ear cup mounting points without tools or adapters. Memory foam conforms to the head shape to improve passive isolation. Velour surface reduces heat build-up compared to leatherette. No modification of the headphone frame or cable is required.

Replaces flattened or cracked original pads

Swapping out deteriorated cushions restores the original seal and comfort level. The upgrade is worth it when the original pads have lost elasticity or show surface damage. Not for owners of headphones outside the listed Sennheiser series or those needing a different mounting style.

Questions about this item

How long do the velour pads stay comfortable during extended listening sessions?

The memory foam and velour construction is designed to remain soft and breathable, reducing heat build-up so the pads stay comfortable even after hours of continuous use.

Will the pads become hot or cause sweating when worn all day?

Velour fabric allows more airflow than leatherette, helping to dissipate heat and minimise moisture during long periods of wear.

Which headphone models are confirmed to fit these replacement pads?

They are made for Sennheiser HD598, HD598SE, HD598CS, HD595, HD599 and HD599 SE, and also fit HD515, HD518 and HD555.
