Built for 15.6 to 17.3 inch laptops

This cooling pad fits laptops up to 17 inches with a metal mesh surface and five fans. It draws power from a USB port and adds two extra USB 2.0 ports for peripherals. Red LEDs illuminate the fans and corners.

Suits home office users who want height adjustment

The four-angle stand raises the screen between 2.4 and 4.8 inches to reduce neck strain. Buyers who need silent operation or a compact pad for travel should look elsewhere.

Handles everyday workloads with five fans

A central 120 mm fan runs at 1000 RPM alongside four 70 mm fans at 1500 RPM. Noise stays below 21 dBA. Heavy gaming sessions may exceed the cooling capacity of this 1.75 W design.

Questions about this item

Does the AICHESON S035 need a free USB-A port on my laptop to run its five fans and red LEDs?

Yes, it draws 5 V DC through the supplied USB-A to USB-A cable, so one USB-A port is required for power.

Will the two extra USB 2.0 ports on the cooler still work if I plug the power cable into a laptop that only has USB 2.0 sockets?

The hub runs at USB 2.0 speeds regardless of the host port, so a mouse or keyboard will function normally.

How can I confirm the fans are spinning at the intended 1000 RPM for the 120 mm fan and 1500 RPM for the 70 mm fans after setup?

Turn the rear dial clockwise; the red LEDs brighten and fan noise rises toward the rated <21 dBA, indicating the speed range is active.
