Purpose & Audience

The AIKSOL M01 is a wired dynamic cardioid microphone built for vocal use in live and studio settings. It ships with a 16.4 ft cable ending in a 6.35 mm jack and includes an on/off switch for direct control. The all-metal body and gold-plated connectors are designed for regular transport and stage handling.

Who It Suits & Who It Doesn't

Singers, speakers and karaoke users who need a simple plug-and-play mic for amplifiers, mixers or PA systems will find it ready to use. It is not suited for buyers who require an XLR input on their recorder or interface, nor for those who need phantom power or a condenser capsule for detailed instrument capture.

Deciding Specification

The microphone terminates in a 6.35 mm jack rather than a standard XLR male connector, so it plugs straight into 1/4-inch line inputs on speakers, amps or mixers without an adapter. If your gear only accepts XLR, this cable will not connect directly.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16.4 ft cable or a shorter option?

What does the 6.35 mm connector limit me to?

It plugs straight into amplifiers, mixers, PA speakers or audio interfaces with a 1/4-inch input.
