Range and magnification

The AILEMON AL52-900 is a laser rangefinder built for golf and hunting. It measures from 5 to 800 yards with 6x magnification and an accuracy of plus or minus one yard. The unit weighs 0.38 pounds and measures 4.48 by 1.69 by 3.07 inches, making it light enough for all-day carry.

Golfers and hunters needing slope data

Golfers who want slope-compensated distances and flag-lock vibration up to 250 yards will benefit from the dedicated Golf Mode. Hunters gain continuous scan and horizontal or height readings. Players who require tournament-legal devices without slope or who need rechargeable power should look at other models.

Slope-switch compliance

The decisive specification is the slope mode that can be toggled on or off. When engaged it delivers compensated yardages for elevation change; when disabled the device becomes legal for most competition rounds. This single feature determines whether the AL52-900 fits your rule set.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the AL52-900 is measuring accurately after I set it up?

Aim at a flagpole within 250 yards; the unit vibrates when it locks on and shows a reading within +/- 1 yard of the known distance.

What comes in the box with the AL52-900 and what must I buy separately?

The rangefinder itself is included; you must supply two regular AAA batteries because they are not included.

Which version of the Ailemon rangefinder should I choose if I need slope compensation and flag lock for golf?

The AL52-900 provides slope mode, flagpole locking up to 250 yards, vibration alert and 6x magnification in a single black model.
