Compatible Pickup Roller for Dell Laser Printers

This replacement paper pickup roller fits Dell 1700, 1710 and 1720 series laser printers. It is supplied as a two-pack so you can service both rollers at once. The part is manufactured with new components and air-sealed in an ISO-certified factory. It is designed for simple installation without specialist tools.

Consistent Feed Through Extended Print Runs

The roller maintains reliable paper separation across long print jobs rather than only during the first few pages. Its surface resists the dust and fibre build-up that causes mis-feeds after high-volume use. This reduces the need to stop and clear jams during batch printing. Output quality stays uniform from the first sheet to the last.

Two-Pack Quantity Covers Both Rollers

The pack contains exactly two rollers, matching the typical dual-roller configuration in the compatible Dell models. Buyers who only need a single roller for a partial repair will have a spare left over. Printers that use a different roller count or design will not be served by this kit. Verify the model list before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the JR385 pickup roller generate extra heat or noise when the printer runs continuously?

The roller is a passive mechanical part with no motor or electronics, so it adds no heat or noise beyond normal printer operation.

Must I already own a Dell 1700, 1710 or 1720 series laser printer for this two-pack to work?

Yes, the rollers are designed specifically for Dell 1700, 1700N, P1700, P1700N, 1710, 1710N, 1720 and 1720N models.

Will the roller fit older Dell laser printers that use the same paper path but are not in the 1700/1710/1720 series?

Compatibility is limited to the listed Dell 1700, 1710 and 1720 series; other models are not supported.
