Brad Nails for 18 Gauge Nailers

Air Locker AL50 18 gauge brad nails arrive in a 5000 pack suited for finish carpentry and trim work. The plain steel collated strips load directly into compatible 18 gauge brad nailers from brands such as Porter Cable, Hitachi and Senco. Professional woodworkers and DIY renovators use these for fastening moulding, baseboards and cabinet components.

Collated Strips Speed Reloading

The collated format keeps nails aligned for rapid magazine loading and consistent feeding during repetitive fastening tasks. Plain finish steel suits interior applications where corrosion exposure is minimal and subsequent painting or staining is planned. Bulk quantity reduces downtime on larger trim installations or furniture assembly projects.

Interior Finish Work and Trim

Buyers needing fasteners for exterior decks, treated lumber or high moisture environments should select galvanised or stainless alternatives not offered here. Shops requiring different gauges, lengths or head styles for framing or upholstery must source separate product lines.

Questions about this item

How long will the 5000 pack of 18 gauge brad nails last before I need to reorder?

The 5000 piece pack provides a large supply; reorder timing depends entirely on your project volume and frequency of use.

What stops me from driving these 18 gauge brads continuously in a high-volume job?

The limiting factor is your nailer's magazine capacity and duty cycle, not the nails themselves, which feed consistently in compatible guns.

Do the 18 gauge brad nails generate extra heat or noise when the nailer runs all day?

The nails themselves produce no heat or noise; any sound or warmth comes from the nailer's mechanism and compressor during extended operation.
