Prescription -3 swim goggles

These Airoads goggles provide a -3 diopter correction for nearsighted adult swimmers. The black silicone frame and mirrored lenses suit indoor and outdoor pool sessions. A quick-release clasp on the strap allows fast fitting without hair tangles. The package includes one pair of goggles and a protective case.

Check your prescription before ordering

Due to water refraction, select a strength 0.5 or 1.0 lower than your daily prescription, for example choose -3.5 or -4.0 if your normal correction is -4.5. If your eyes require different powers, you will need two pairs to swap lenses. The goggles are sized for adults and not intended for children.

Silicone double-deck seal and anti-fog coating

The 3D ergonomic frame uses a double-deck silicone seal to prevent leaks around the eye sockets. Inner lenses carry an environmental anti-fog treatment that resists steaming without wiping. UV-protection mirror coating reduces glare and shields eyes from sun exposure. Rinse after use, air-dry in shade, and store in the case to preserve the coatings.

Questions about this item

Does the box include a protective case or do I need to buy one separately?

The package lists one pair of Shortsighted Swimming Goggles only; a protective case is not included and must be purchased separately if desired.

My prescription is -4.5; which listed diopter should I choose for these goggles?

Choose 1 or 0.5 lower than your daily strength — for -4.5 the recommended options are -4.0 or -3.5.

What does the anti-fog coating actually do while I am swimming?

The upgraded coating stops the lenses from steaming up underwater, giving an undistorted, super-clear view without glare or blur.
