Crisp 720p Webcam for Everyday Calls

The AITech C270 delivers 720p video at 30 frames per second with a 55-degree diagonal field of view. It connects through a USB-A port and uses MJPEG and PCM codecs. The camera suits remote workers, students and casual streamers who need reliable HD quality without extra software.

Universal Clip and Light Handling

The adjustable clip secures the unit to a monitor, laptop lid or flat shelf, so no separate mount is required. RightLight 2 auto correction brightens and balances the image in dim or backlit rooms, reducing the need for additional lighting. A built-in noise-reducing microphone captures clear voice up to 1.5 meters away, letting you skip a headset in quiet spaces.

Works with Switch 2 GameChat and Major Apps

Compatibility extends to Nintendo Switch 2 GameChat mode, Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts and other common video platforms on Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.10 or later and Chrome OS. No driver installation is needed on supported systems. Buyers who want higher than 720p resolution, a wider field of view or 60 fps capture should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 720p 30 fps video stay smooth during long calls?

The webcam outputs MJPEG at 720p and 30 fps over USB-A; sustained frame rate depends on the host CPU meeting the 2.4 GHz Core2 Duo requirement.

How much heat or fan noise does the C270 produce when running all day?

The unit has no internal fan and draws power only from the USB-A port, so it adds negligible heat and no audible noise during extended use.

What must my computer already have for this webcam to work?

A free USB-A port plus Windows 7 or higher, macOS 10.10 or higher, or Chrome OS.
