Bin Rail Kit for 24-inch Cart

The Zoro Select 30906 accessory kit adds nine steel rails to a compatible utility cart, creating a mobile workstation for hanging bins. It is built for workshops or yards that need organised, off-floor storage on a 24-inch-wide cart frame. The kit suits anyone expanding a Model 30936 cart into a parts-picking station.

Powder-coated 16-gauge steel handles 400-pound loads

Each rail is formed from 16-gauge steel with a gray powder-coated finish that resists corrosion during sustained outdoor or shop use. The system is rated for a total load capacity of 400 lb, so fully loaded bins remain secure during repeated rolling and stationary picking cycles. The rigid gauge prevents sag when weight is left on the rails for long periods.

Bolts to existing cart holes with basic tools

Installation uses the pre-drilled mounting points on the 30936 cart, so no drilling or modification is required. The nine rails align to the 24-inch width and 1-inch height profile, and the kit includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward fit. Missing the correct cart model is the only common issue; the rails will not mount to other widths or brands.

What cart must I already own to install these nine rails?

Will the rails align with the existing holes on my older 30936 cart?
