Product Identity

The Albion Inc. Zoro Select 33H660 is a swivel plate caster rated for 240 lb loads. It suits carts, wheelbarrows and mobile equipment needing a single rotating wheel with a side brake.

Build and Mounting

The plate mounting bolts directly to a flat frame for a secure fit. A rubber wheel core and tread absorb vibration on rough ground, while the side brake locks the wheel when the cart is stationary. The unit carries NSF listing for regulated environments.

Deciding Specification

The 240 lb load rating sets the hard limit for total weight on this caster. Buyers needing higher capacity per wheel or a swivel lock mechanism must select a different model.

Questions about this item

What load rating does the 5 in rubber wheel support?

The wheel is rated for 240 lb and uses a 5 in diameter rubber tread on a rubber core.

What plate pattern is required to mount this caster?

The caster uses a standard plate mount; bolt-hole spacing matches common 2-3/8 in by 3-5/8 in patterns used on carts and wheelbarrows.

How is the side brake engaged on the 33H660?

Press the side-mounted brake lever down until it locks against the wheel tread; the common mistake is not fully depressing the lever so the brake only drags.
