Swivel Plate Caster 300 lb Load

This Zoro Select swivel plate caster carries a 300 lb load rating on a 5 in rubber wheel with a polyolefin core. The non-marking tread protects finished floors while the plate mount fits standard cart and wheelbarrow brackets. NSF listing confirms suitability for food-service environments.

Simple Plate Mount Installation

The caster bolts directly to a flat mounting plate using four holes, so installation only requires a drill and basic hardware. No swivel lock or brake is included, meaning the wheel rotates freely and will not stay fixed in one direction. Alignment issues arise if the mounting surface is warped or the bolt pattern does not match the plate dimensions.

Verify Mounting Pattern and Load Needs

Confirm that your cart or wheelbarrow frame uses the same plate bolt spacing before ordering. The single-wheel design supports 300 lb per caster, so total capacity depends on the number of casters fitted. Buyers needing a locking swivel or a wheel brake should select a different model. California Proposition 65 warnings apply to this product.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the caster rolls smoothly and locks in place after mounting it?

Spin the wheel by hand; it should turn freely without binding, and the plate should stay fixed when the swivel lock is engaged.

What components are included with the Zoro Select 33H906 and what must I supply separately?

The caster ships as a single unit with wheel, fork and mounting plate; you must provide the bolts or lag screws that match your equipment's hole pattern.

Which load-rating version should I choose for a cart that carries up to 300 lb per wheel?

This model is rated at 300 lb, so select it when each caster must support that weight.
