Rigid NSF-Listed Plate Caster

The Albion Inc. ZORO SELECT 3G142 is a rigid plate caster rated for a 1250 lb load capacity. It features an 8 in diameter polyurethane wheel with an aluminum core. The unit is NSF-listed and has a non-marking tread. It is designed for heavy-duty cart and wheelbarrow applications.

Before Ordering Verify Mounting Compatibility

Confirm the mounting plate bolt pattern matches your existing equipment before purchase. This caster uses a rigid design without a swivel lock or integrated brake. Ensure the fixed orientation suits your steering and maneuverability requirements. The wheel width is 2 in, so check clearance within your frame or fork.

Thermals Noise And Power Draw

As a passive mechanical component, this caster generates no heat and consumes no electrical power during operation. Noise levels depend on floor surface condition and load weight rather than the caster itself. The polyurethane tread on aluminum core helps reduce vibration and rolling resistance under normal use.
