Double Waffle Cone Maker for Commercial Kitchens

The ALDKitchen AR-HCB2 produces two 200 mm waffle cones at once. Its stainless-steel body and non-stick coating suit high-volume service in cafés, dessert shops and catering operations.

Manual Operation Limits Throughput and Consistency

The iron has no electronic timer or temperature display, so each batch relies on operator judgement. Peak output is constrained by hand-rolling speed and the need to watch colour development on both plates simultaneously.

200 mm Cone Diameter Defines Portion Size

Every cone measures 200 mm across the brim, fixing the ice-cream volume and topping capacity per serving. Buyers needing smaller or larger cones must choose a different diameter.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the single or double version of this cone maker?

The AR-HCB2 is the double version and bakes two 200 mm cones at once, so you get twice the output per cycle compared with a single-head unit.

How many cones can I realistically produce per hour with the 200 mm plates?

Each cycle yields two 200 mm cones; typical commercial throughput reaches several dozen cones per hour depending on batter volume and operator speed.

What power connection does the machine use and does it limit where I can place it?

The unit plugs into a standard mains socket, so it can be positioned on any stable 508 × 317 mm countertop near an outlet without special wiring.
