ALECO 477424 Pan Rack Cover Blue

The ALECO 477424 Pan Rack Cover is a protective storage accessory designed to fit over standard pan racks. It measures 23 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 64 inches high and weighs 4.8 pounds. The cover uses blue nylon reinforced PVC material for durability in commercial kitchen environments. It is not insulated and carries no NSF certification.

Suits kitchens needing dust protection only

This cover suits operations that need a basic barrier against airborne debris and dust on stationary racks. It will not serve buyers who need temperature retention for hot or cold holding because the product is not insulated. Facilities requiring NSF certified equipment for health code compliance should look at a different product line. The blue colour coding helps identify rack contents at a glance.

23 x 28 x 64 inch dimensions decide fit

The single specification that determines compatibility is the overall size of 23 by 28 by 64 inches. The cover must match the exact footprint and height of the existing pan rack to function correctly. Verify rack measurements before purchase because an incorrect fit leaves gaps that defeat the purpose of the cover. The 4.8 pound weight allows one person to install or remove it easily.

Questions about this item

What comes with the ALECO 477424 Pan Rack Cover and do I need to buy anything else?

The cover ships as a single piece of blue nylon reinforced PVC sized 23 x 28 x 64 in and weighing 4.8 lb; no additional hardware or accessories are required for basic use.

Which version of the ALECO 477424 should I choose for my rack?

Only one version is offered — a blue, non-insulated cover measuring 23 in wide, 28 in deep and 64 in high — so select it if those dimensions match your pan rack.

What does the 64 in height mean when the cover is on my rack?

The cover stands 64 in tall overall, so it will fully enclose a standard pan rack of that height while adding 4.8 lb of nylon reinforced PVC protection.
