Chairmat dimensions and material

This clear chairmat measures 46 by 60 inches and is sold as a single unit. It provides a smooth rolling surface for office chairs on carpet or hard flooring. The transparent finish keeps the underlying floor visible while protecting it from wear.

Suitable floors and limitations

The mat suits home or corporate workstations where a clear, rectangular protector is needed. It is not intended for buyers who require a studded backing for thick pile carpet or a lip that extends under a desk.

Critical size check

The 46 by 60 inch footprint is the single specification that determines whether this mat fits the intended workspace. Measure the available floor area before ordering to confirm coverage.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Alera ALEMAT4660HFR chairmat?

The mat measures 46.00 inches wide by 60.00 inches long, giving a 46" x 60" footprint for your workspace.

Does the Alera ALEMAT4660HFR require any special floor preparation or adhesive to stay in place?

No adhesive or special prep is needed; the clear polycarbonate material grips hard floors and low-pile carpet through its own weight and underside texture.

How do I install the Alera ALEMAT4660HFR and what is the most common mistake to avoid?

Unroll the mat in the room and let it relax flat for several hours before positioning; skipping this step leaves curled edges that can trip chair casters.
