Questions about this item

How do I install the pneumatic seat height cylinder and what step do people miss?

Insert the cylinder into the five-star base, then lower the seat onto it until it locks; the step often missed is pressing down firmly while seated to fully seat the cylinder.

What maintenance will the mesh back and cushioned seat need later?

Vacuum the breathable mesh back and cushioned mesh fabric seat regularly; spot-clean stains with mild soap and water, and periodically check caster wheels for debris.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the tilt mechanism?

The tilt tension and tilt lock are designed for continuous 360 degree swivel and recline; the first limit is the tilt lock engagement range under prolonged leaning pressure.
