High-Back Swivel Chair for Executive Use

The Alera Fraze FZ41LS10B is a high-back swivel and tilt chair finished in black leather. It is designed for executive and management settings where long hours at a desk are common. Ultra-soft cushions with side and lumbar bolsters provide structured support. A plush headrest and padded arm rests add further comfort for seated work.

Simple Assembly With Standard Base

The chair ships as a single unit requiring basic assembly of the five-star base, casters, and gas lift cylinder. No specialised tools are needed beyond the included hardware. The most frequent issue is aligning the seat mechanism brackets during the final bolt-up; taking time to seat each bolt loosely before tightening prevents cross-threading. Casters press firmly into the base sockets until they click.

Generous Padding for Extended Sitting

Thick padding across the seat, back, and headrest handles full-day use without bottoming out. The waterfall seat edge reduces pressure behind the knees to maintain circulation during long sessions. Lumbol and side bolsters keep the torso centred, though users seeking a mesh back for active cooling will find the leather upholstery retains more heat. The 41 model supports typical executive workloads.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the chair is set up correctly after assembly?

The five-star base should roll smoothly on its casters, the seat height lever must raise and lower the cushion without binding, and the tilt tension knob should let the backrest recline and lock upright again.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the chair frame, seat, backrest, headrest, padded closed-loop arms, five-star base, casters and all mounting hardware — no extra parts are required for standard use.

Which version should I choose if I need a black leather executive chair?

This model FZ41LS10B is the only black leather Fraze high-back swivel/tilt chair listed; it ships as one complete unit in the specified colour.
