Shelf Liners for Wire Shelving

These clear plastic liners sit on Alera wire shelves to create a smooth surface. They prevent small items from falling through the grid. The pack contains four liners sized at 48.00" x 24.00". They are suited for offices or stockrooms needing stable shelf storage.

Flexible Clear Plastic Finish

The crystal-clear material keeps shelf contents visible while adding a wipe-clean layer. Flexibility allows each liner to lay flat over the wire mesh without curling. This surface makes it practical to store stationery, tools or boxed goods that would otherwise tip or slip.

Four-Pack Dimensions and Compatibility

Each liner measures 48.00 inches wide by 24.00 inches deep to match Alera wire shelving units. The four-piece quantity covers a standard multi-shelf bay. Designed for specific Alera units, they will not fit shelving with different depth or width measurements.

Questions about this item

How often will the clear plastic liners need replacing if they scratch or yellow over time?

The flexible plastic surface is easy to clean and resists everyday wear, but no service-life figure is published; replace individual liners only when visible damage affects small-item stability.

What load limit appears first when the 48.00 x 24.00 inch liners carry dense stock all day?

The liners themselves have no rated capacity; the practical limit is the Alera wire shelf beneath them, so shelf deflection under heavy boxes will show before the plastic does.

Do the four liners trap heat or create noise when left on wire shelving continuously?

The clear plastic sheets are passive — no power draw, no fans, and no moving parts — so they add neither audible noise nor measurable heat build-up during constant use.
