Hanging box/file pedestal

This Alera Valencia Series pedestal attaches beneath a worksurface to provide secure file storage at desk height. It offers two drawers in a box/file configuration with full-extension ball-bearing slides on the file drawer. The unit locks with two fold-away keys and features a Medium Cherry woodgrain laminate finish with 3 mm edge banding.

Suits fixed workstations, not mobile use

The pedestal is designed to mount under a desk rather than stand alone, so it suits permanent office layouts where files stay at one workstation. Buyers needing a freestanding cabinet that can be moved between rooms should look elsewhere. The Medium Cherry colour matches other Valencia Series components for a coordinated look.

Two-drawer box/file layout

The drawer configuration is the specification that determines whether this unit fits the filing workflow. One shallow box drawer and one deep file drawer handle both supplies and hanging folders in a single compact footprint.
