Mobile Box/Box/File Pedestal

The Alera VA572816WA Valencia pedestal provides three drawers in a box/box/file layout that accepts both letter and legal documents. It arrives fully assembled so only the five casters need attaching, making it ready for immediate use in a home office or commercial workspace. The modern walnut woodgrain laminate finish coordinates with the Valencia series desk, credenza and return shells.

Sustained Daily Operation

A fifth centre caster acts as an anti-tip mechanism that keeps the unit stable when the file drawer is fully extended under load. Two of the five casters lock to hold the pedestal in position during long work sessions, while the 1.00-inch top and 3.00 mm protective edge banding resist wear from repeated contact. The textured woodgrain laminate surface is built to withstand continuous daily handling.

Upgrade From Fixed Storage

This mobile pedestal replaces stationary drawer units that cannot be repositioned as layout needs change. The folding keys rotate 90 degrees for a slimmer profile that avoids snagging on adjacent furniture. Buyers who require a fixed installation or a different drawer configuration should consider alternative storage solutions. Meets or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA standards for durability.
