What the A3 flashlight is

The allentian A3 is a compact LED flashlight that combines a 5 W XPE main emitter with a 3 W side COB panel. It runs from a built-in rechargeable cell charged via Micro USB and offers three selectable modes: zoomable XPE beam, XPE strobe and high-output COB flood. A pocket clip and storage box are included for everyday carry.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This light suits walkers, campers and anglers who want both a focused distance beam and a wide work flood in one hand-held unit. It is not for users who need replaceable cells for extended off-grid trips, who require a larger reflector for extreme throw, or who want a magnetic base or tail-switch operation for hands-free mounting.

What to check before ordering

Confirm that a Micro USB cable and 5 V power source are available for recharging the internal battery. Verify that the zoomable head and side COB layout meet the beam-pattern needs for your typical tasks. Ensure the single-body design fits the pocket or pack space you intend to carry it in.

Questions about this item

What type of USB cable do I need to charge the built-in battery?

The flashlight charges through a Micro USB port on the body, so a standard Micro USB cable is required.

Can the zoomable XPE beam and the side COB flood run at the same time?

The three modes are separate: zoomable XPE, strobe XPE, or strong COB; only one operates at a time.

How do I confirm the battery is charging when I plug it in?

Connect a Micro USB cable to the port; the flashlight’s indicator will show charging status until the built-in cell is full.
