Allway Tools Brass Wire Brush

The Allway Tools wire brush combines brass bristles with an integrated scraper for paint and rust removal. A solvent-proof handle and soft grip provide comfort and chemical resistance during extended use. The 7-inch by 1-1/4-inch head covers surface area efficiently. It is supplied carded and ready for immediate use.

Sustained hand-tool performance

Brass bristles resist loading and maintain cutting action longer than softer fills when used continuously on metal or wood. The integral scraper edge removes heavy coatings without switching tools, reducing downtime. Solvent-proof construction prevents handle degradation from thinners or cleaners applied during long sessions. The soft grip absorbs vibration to limit fatigue during repetitive scraping and brushing cycles.

Questions about this item

Does the brass bristle brush generate heat during prolonged stripping work?

The brass bristles and solvent-proof handle stay cool because the tool has no motor or powered components; heat only comes from your hand friction.

What surface or coating must already be on the workpiece for the brass bristles and scraper to be effective?

The brush is designed for stripping paint, varnish or rust from wood, metal or masonry, so the workpiece needs an existing coating or corrosion layer to remove.
