Pull-Up Bar for Doorway Training

The Ally Peaks X002PE1YG9 is a doorway-mounted pull-up bar built from 1.7 mm thickened alloy steel rated to 440 pounds. It suits adults who want a portable upper-body station for pull-ups, push-ups, dips and hanging crunches without permanent installation. The 20-inch span fits standard residential door frames and the unit weighs 2 kg for easy relocation.

Double Silicone Door-Frame Protection

Beyond the high-density foam contact points the bar includes a pair of removable 4 mm no-trace silicone pads that guard the frame against both inward pressure and the upward-downward friction generated during repetitions. This double-layer approach prevents marks and allows the bar to stay in place for extended training periods without damaging wood or trim.

Heavy-Duty Steel Build with Foam Grips

All structural parts use refined heavy steel with a fine powder coating that resists rust and corrosion. The handles are wrapped in high-fibre foam for a comfortable, anti-slip and wear-resistant grip across multiple hand positions. The lever-mount design secures against the door jamb without screws, so setup and removal take seconds and leave no permanent alteration to the doorway.

Questions about this item

Will the 1.7 mm thickened steel pipe or the foam grips need replacement first?

The 1.7 mm steel frame is built for long-term strength, while the high-density foam handles will show wear from daily grip contact before the structure does.

What limits how long I can train continuously on the 20 inch bar?

Grip fatigue on the foam handles typically ends a session before the 440 lb rated alloy steel frame reaches any structural limit.

Does the bar make noise or mark the door frame during all-day use?

Double 4 mm silicone pads and elastic silicone contact points prevent frame marks and dampen metal-on-wood sound during repeated pull-ups.
