XL Dark Gray Desk Pad

The ALOANES DGRAY383 is a rectangular mouse pad measuring 31.5 by 11.8 inches with a thickness of 0.1 inches. It provides a continuous dark gray surface that accommodates a keyboard, mouse and other desk items. The pad weighs 0.48 kilograms and is made from natural rubber with a smooth textile top layer. It is intended for users who want a single large mat to protect their desk and keep the workspace tidy.

Cloth surface limits

The fabric top layer delivers low-friction glide for optical and laser sensors but will not match the speed of hard plastic or glass pads. The 0.1 inch profile offers minimal wrist elevation and no cushioning for users who prefer a thicker gel or foam rest. Water-resistant coating repels light spills yet the cloth can absorb heavier liquids if not wiped promptly. Stitched edges resist fraying but the rubber base may shift on polished glass or lacquered surfaces.

31.5 inch width decides fit

The 31.5 inch width is the single dimension that determines whether this pad fits your desk and covers the area you need. Buyers with narrower desks or who only want a compact mouse surface will find the pad too large. Builders who need a second pad for a separate mouse-only zone cannot use this single-piece design for that purpose.

Questions about this item

How do I decide between the 31.5 by 11.8 inch pad and a smaller size?

The 31.5 by 11.8 inch dimensions cover a full desk area, fitting keyboard, mouse and a drink together, while a smaller pad only accommodates the mouse alone.

What does the 0.12 inch thickness feel like during daily use?

At 0.12 inch the pad sits low on the desk, giving a firm, stable glide without raising your wrist awkwardly.

How does the rubber base grip the desk in practice?

The natural rubber base with skid-proof texture keeps the pad anchored during fast mouse sweeps, preventing unwanted sliding.
