Amazon Basics 65W GaN USB-C Charger PD 3.0 Non-PPS Black

Single-port GaN charger for USB-C devices

This 65-watt USB Power Delivery 3.0 charger uses GaN components to charge laptops, tablets and phones from one USB-C port. The foldable plug and compact shape make it practical for travel or a desk setup. Integrated over-voltage, overheating and short-circuit protection keep connected devices safe. A blue LED shows when the unit is powered.

65 W output across five fixed voltage steps

The charger delivers 5 V 3 A, 9 V 3 A, 12 V 3 A, 15 V 3 A and 20 V 3.25 A, covering most USB-C laptops and tablets at full speed. Phones and smaller devices draw only what they need through the same port. Samsung and Google Pixel handsets are limited to 9 V maximum, so Super Fast Charging rates are not reached. Actual speed always depends on the device connected.

GaN efficiency with foldable plug and LED

GaN parts waste less power and produce less heat than silicon equivalents, allowing the small enclosure to run cooler under load. The foldable plug reduces bulk in a bag and protects the pins when not in use. The soft blue LED helps locate the port in low light without being intrusive. No PPS support means certain fast-charge profiles are unavailable.
