Amazon Basics KK0327 Stapler, 20 Sheet, Black, 3-Pack

Three-pack desktop stapler for office or home

The Amazon Basics KK0327 is a full-strip metal desktop stapler sold in a three-pack. Each unit fastens up to 20 sheets of paper at a time using standard 24/6 or 26/6 staples. The rotatable anvil switches between permanent stapling and temporary pinning for bulletin boards. A low-staple indicator signals when the 200-staple magazine needs refilling.

Simple setup with a few common pitfalls

Loading is straightforward: push the magazine release, insert a full strip of standard staples, and snap it shut. The rubber base prevents the unit from sliding during use. Jams usually happen if mixed staple sizes are loaded or if the anvil is not fully rotated to the selected mode. Clearing a jam requires opening the magazine and removing the bent staple with a small tool.

Check staple compatibility and storage space

Verify that your staple supply uses 1/4 inch leg length in 24/6 or 26/6 format before ordering. The stapler measures 6.22 L x 1.54 W x 2.36 H inches and weighs 0.51 pounds each, so confirm drawer or shelf space for three units. Buyers needing to staple more than 20 sheets at once or who prefer electric operation should look elsewhere.
